We built Send Some Love to help two people share small moments of affection. This policy explains the information the app may process to make that work.

Information we process

Depending on how you use the app, Send Some Love may process:

• Account and authentication identifiers used to sign you in.
• Your chosen username and profile settings, such as your selected heart colour.
• Pairing codes, pairing requests and the identifier of the person you are paired with.
• Love and Super Love activity, counters, milestones and related app statistics.
• Notification tokens and notification preferences used to deliver push notifications.
• Basic technical information needed to diagnose errors, maintain security and keep the service working.

How we use information

We use this information to authenticate accounts, connect paired users, synchronise app data, deliver notifications, display statistics and milestones, prevent misuse, and maintain or improve the app.

Service providers

Send Some Love uses Google Firebase services for functionality such as authentication, cloud data storage, cloud functions and push messaging. Information required for those features may be processed by Google in accordance with the terms and privacy practices that apply to those services.

Sharing and selling

We do not sell your personal information. We only share information where necessary to operate the app, comply with law, protect the service, or where you direct us to do so through the app’s pairing features.

Data retention

We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the app, maintain your account, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and protect the service. Data that is no longer required may be deleted or anonymised.

Your choices

You can control app settings such as notifications through the app and your device. You may also contact us to ask about access to or deletion of information associated with your account.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures intended to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security, because the internet remains committed to keeping everyone humble.

Children

Send Some Love is not intended to be used in a way that violates applicable age or parental-consent requirements. If we learn that information has been collected unlawfully from a child, we will take appropriate steps to remove it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the app changes. The effective date above will be updated when we make material changes.
