When the love is willing but the software is confused.

Before emailing us

Check that your device has an internet connection.
Close and reopen the app.
Make sure you are signed in to the expected account.
For notifications, check both the app setting and your Android notification permission.
If pairing is involved, confirm the code was copied correctly and has not expired or been removed.

When contacting support

Please tell us what happened, what you expected to happen, your device model, Android version if known, and roughly when the problem occurred. Screenshots are extremely welcome. Interpretive dance is harder for us to debug.

Account or data deletion

If you need help deleting your account or associated app data, contact us from the email address connected with the account where possible. We may need to verify the request before making account-level changes.
