These terms govern your use of Send Some Love. By using the app, you agree to use it responsibly and not make our servers regret meeting you.

Using the app

You may use Send Some Love for its intended personal purposes. You must follow applicable law and must not use the service to harass, threaten, impersonate or harm another person.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure and for activity carried out through it. Do not deliberately share authentication credentials or attempt to access another user’s account.

Pairing

The app lets users connect through pairing features. Only pair with people you intend to connect with. You are responsible for the interactions and information you choose to share through the app.

Prohibited behaviour

You must not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorised access, exploit vulnerabilities, automate abusive activity, reverse engineer the service where prohibited by law, or use the app in a way that places unreasonable load on our systems.

Changes and availability

We may change, add or remove features, fix bugs, perform maintenance or discontinue parts of the service. We do not guarantee that Send Some Love will always be available without interruption.

No guarantee of perfectly timed romance

Notifications can be delayed or blocked by device settings, network conditions or platform services. Please do not use Send Some Love for emergencies or anything where a delayed heart could cause an international incident.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided on an “as available” basis. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Ending use

You may stop using the app at any time. We may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law or respond to misuse.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the app evolves. The effective date above will be updated when changes are made.
